Windows laptop doesn't connect to Prey servers. Can't see device in my account

I have a problem with my Windows laptop. The operating system is Windows 10. I have installed Prey on my new laptop several times now, but it doesn’t connect to my account. It says it doesn’t connect to the Prey servers, but it should after some time. I have waited for some time, but nothing happened. I think something’s wrong, unfortunately I couldn’t find a solution myself. I also couldn’t find an answer in the other Topics, so I hope someone can help me with this problem. The version of Prey I have downloaded is 1.8.1. Before downloading and adding a new device to my account I have deleted an old device, so I can have 3 devices on my account again. Could you please try using this cmd to configure your device again? C:\Windows\Prey\current\bin\prey config gui -f
