I want to install the Windows operating system for my new device ( a Notebook on Windows 10). But after downloading I cannot install it! It shows me an error message 
What I have to do?

I tried it right now again but still the same… 
Ok, now in your command prompt (Win + R … cmd) and type the installer file path adding a /NCRC
For example in my case the command would be:
"C:\Users\Javo\Downloads\prey-windows-1.8.2-x64.exe" /NCRC
