Hi,
I have Iphone 8 and M/S surface running latest win 10.
Iphone location is OK.
Laptop location is about 10 miles away and then when I click on update location, it says UNKNOWN LOCATION!
The laptop is running on WIFI and my Anti Virus gives full permissions to Prey.
I have also turned off VPN.
All location settings on laptop are turned on and there are no previous locations listed!
I have upgraded Prey on the laptop to 1.9.4 but this has not helpe.
I have checked and there are no logs that I can post here!
What can I do to rectify this?
