Using a Chromebook with the most current edition of Chrome OS. When I follow the instructions for step one “Download Prey’s Certificate” and click on the image to download the certificate, I am taken to my Prey homepage/dashboard that shows my devices. I have tried several times with my VPN disabled and the same thing happens each time. Any suggestions?
